Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Headless Behavior. The following is our shipping policy where you can fin answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed and packaged within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping within the United States can take anywhere between 3 to 5 business days depending on the shipping method.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive the tracking information to the email you provided at checkout. If you have not received your order after the estimated number of days to ship, please send us an email or contact us here.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping method you chose at checkout. We currently offer USPS Ground Advance which on average delivers in about 5 days and USPS which on average delivers in about 3 days.

Damages

Headless Behavior is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the United States Postal Service to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. However, if there is enough interest we would love to expand our business overseas.
